Short Text
A short text question type allows you to ask a question that requires a brief response from your team members. They can write a longer answer, but the box is small so they can only see a few words.
Long Text
A long text question type allows you to ask a question that requires a more detailed response from your team members. The box is bigger than short text so they can see what they’ve written.
Linear Scale
A linear scale question type allows you to ask a question that requires your team members to rate something on a scale of 1 to 5.
Satisfaction
A satisfaction question type is a specific type of linear scale question that is used to measure satisfaction. It is typically asked on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest level of satisfaction.
Net Promoter Score (NPS)
A Net Promoter Score (NPS) question type is used to measure customer or employee satisfaction and loyalty. It is typically asked on a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being the least likely to recommend and 10 being the most likely to recommend.
Multi Select
